I am generally not a fan of horror movies although I do enjoy good war movies. This in my opinion, is absolutely THE most original horror concept to emerge in over 40 years. I really quite enjoyed this one. It's not often Hollyweird manages a great movie without borrowing from the past. Most movies today are derivative of multiple other old movies composited with a slight twist to provide some weak semblance of an original idea. I'd love to see Taylor Swift get busy in Hollywood. See the video "Wildest Dreams" She directed that herself at the age of 23 and completely NAILED an era at least 3 decades removed from her own time. She has vision and she has an eye for detail. The entire video is visually stunning. Taylor gets more from a brief glimpse of something than most people do studying it for hours. More importantly, she is able to pass her vision on to others so they can understand what she wants done. Make no mistake about it. This is one blonde who is the furthest thing from stupid I can easily imagine. She is clearly highly intelligent. Directors! Try to hook up some collaboration with Taylor. I really think she can breathe new life into a dying art and show you a new angle on movie making.
