Loved Ripley BUT it was silly that the police didn't search Ripley's apartment in Rome. He was afterall the main suspect. The door to the bloodstained bathroom was wide open with an officer standing only few feet away. Also, the detective could have asked for photos of Marge with Dickie, there were a few on her desk when he first visited her. I think the long climb up the steep steps must have put him off. The actor who played Freddie Miles was terrible (sorry). Otherwise I was very impressed with Andrew Scott. His acting and Italian was very good 👍
