I must say that I anticipated a more thrilling ; knock your socks off, kind of fear BUT, I am not regretful in completing the series. While it boasts a more eerie kind of love story instead of a psychological horror story, I feel that it was extremely insightful and quite a wholesome challenge for the modern mind. My advice is to forget about the first season. We were told that the plot would be completely different and so I would give this a fair and honest rating. After all, I believe the show was "perfectly splendid" indeed.
