Five stars for Countdown without Anne Robinson, the only good news so far this year. Like other reviewers we found her really hard to take, her rudeness & sarcasm to contestants was truly unbelievable, we squirmed just watching. At last Countdown can return to the relaxing, enjoyable word/numbers game we have enjoyed for many years. Whoever thought Anne Robinson would be a suitable replacement for Nick Hewer really didn’t know Countdown’s loyal viewing public.
