Too convoluted and the ending very disappointing.. many questions on what happened to these characters and whose version revealed the “truth”. Too much time didn’t a the ghostwriter.. what was the point of all that except clearly the main character Andrew wanted control of his public image via the ghostwriter. And I really didn’t understand some of the ramblings of the gravely sick Mildred in the end.. what was the point of those nonsensical statements? Enjoyed this book initially but very disappointed by the end.. literally just ends with no answers and many questions.
