This is a movie I will go and see again in the theatre. A part of it reminded me of The Captain, and some part seemed like the chaos of The Killing Fields. The music is what did it for me, the juxtaposition of the terror and horror of war, man's inhumanity towards man, and listening to songs that you would listen to on a road trip. Also, while there were gruesome aspects to this film, it was the more subtle moments that were riveting, the terror in people's eyes, the "panic and the vomit" of what it would be like to witness adrenaline addled nightmares. I hope this movie wins Oscars, Kirsten Dunst was amazing in it, as was the rest of the cast.
