Change up the format once in a while. Scott buys a piece of junk then Amy spends too much so Scott gets mad at her says he'll never make money on it, then they do the final walk thru and Scott likes Amy's changes. Finally the realtor comes in and gets several offer on the home. There you go that's every episode. Never changes. Just made for TV junk.
