A light-hearted musical comedy with several great songs and a great cast. If you’re looking for realism, forget it; it’s a fantasy and though slightly dated, it still holds up nicely. Younger viewers will be amazed at the chauvinistic way women are treated by their bosses in the movie, but it wasn’t far from the truth. The song “I Do Things the Company Way” is a hilarious sendup of playing things safe by hiding behind the veneer of conformity.

One of my all-time favorite comedies. Richard Dreyfuss is superb as psychiatrist Dr. Leo Marvin who is treating Bob Wiley (Bill Murray) for a host of emotional issues. Can't say much more about the plot without spoiling things but if you laughed at the interaction between Herbert Lom (as Police Chief Charles Dreyfus) and Peter Sellers' Inspector Clouseau in "Return of the Pink Panther," you'll enjoy this movie. Bill Murray is great but Dreyfuss steals the movie!
