This is the most ridiculous, absurd and nonsensical TV show I have ever watched. I wish I could give it zero stars out of 5. I am astonished that this show (for the most part) has such positive reviews. I seriously worry for the sanity of anyone that thinks this Mish mash of badly written, badly acted nonsense is any good. I am on episode 8 of series one and I have lost the will to live. Don't watch it.

OMG. Wow. What a show. Sadly I have just watched the last ever episode but, after watching this show over many years I can say it has been a pure pleasure. This series is up there with the best shows ever. It sits at the top table with the likes of Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Top Boy, Homeland etc. It's a shame it's all over but I will never forget it. The script, the acting, the casting, the way it was shot and the casting were second to none. Thank you to everyone involved.

I loved this show. This may not be up everybody's street (my girlfriend gave up after episode one) but it was certainly up mine. Brilliantly written, directed, cast and acted. The characters were excellent. This show was at times, laugh out loud funny. It was enthralling and even enchanting. The dialogue was brilliant as well. I've read that the actors are encouraged to improvise and it shows. Making the whole experience seem even more real. Did I mention the music ? The soundtrack was outstanding. The only thing wrong with this show is that the series came to an end after 3 episodes. Let's hope for a series two in the near future. Brilliant. Ps. Grace is superb.

This is so bad I just can't comprehend why there are so many 5 star reviews. It's as if my fellow reviewer's have never watched TV before. I'm sure the books that the series are based on are fantastic but this series does not do them justice. The sometimes ridiculous and unbelievable characters are just a small cog in the wheel of why this show is so bad. Wow ! Do not bother wasting your time watching this rubbish. I watched all 10 episodes. What a waste of my life. If you want to watch something decent try Bosch. Also taken from Michael Connolly books. That is an excellent show. 5 stars for Bosch.

Perfect in everyway as a tribute to David Bowie. I feel that the film makers truly grasped what David Bowie was all about (if that is even possible) . Brilliant. If only David Bowie could have lived forever the world would be a better place.
