I went into this book expecting to fall in love with it since it gets so much hype online, but very early on in the book I was cringing at most of the lines. Yes, the plot twist was shocking, but attempted redemption of the characters actions had absolutely no charm. If you’re into a love at first sight story with cheesy lines and borderline cringy sex scenes, this is right up your alley.
