Very informative. The most revealing part of the documentary for me is the arrogance of the gastronomy organizations. The information garnered from the interviews with women were informative but if the goal of the film was to showcase the plight of women in the fine dining industry, they could have skipped straight to some of the interviews with men. Especially the slimy and weaselly President of the Sommeliers organization and his sidekick.
