I was waiting for a driver for 40 minutes, who then cancelled! (Kwadjo LY63WSF)I then booked another trip and this driver was clearly moving in the wrong store room which your advisor also mentioned and he told me it would 14 business days for me to get a refund. When I have also been charged twice. This is highly unacceptable! He then told me to cancel and that I would be refunded in 14 business days because driver would not cancel! This is out of order!
