Do not waste your money on this book! The title is very misleading.
There is absolutely no application of any data mining method to any customer churn application. 100% of the content is basic literature and review of past papers on data mining techniques and customer churn terms and concepts. This book misleads people into thinking that the authors really developed churn models using data mining, but in fact, there isn't one single page with a data mining model.
But above all, the English style is close to informal and oral English rather than formal written English. I am surprised this book is even published with all those grammar and spelling mistakes.
Very disappointed!
