I hate to ever rate something negatively but I have not had good success with ordering items from Jill's Steals & Deals. Several items I purchased such as a car vacuum that literally worked all of one time has proven to be less than quality items. I realize sometimes things are hit or miss so sometimes you might just get a lemon. However, my latest purchase of 3 Pack- 24K Gold Serum, 24K Rejuvenating Face Cream, 24K Gold Body Oil × 3 (ORDER NBC243310) was purchased as Christmas gifts. As shown, I paid for 3-complete sets and only received 2-complete sets. I immediately emailed on December 4th to report the issue and received an automated email that someone would reach out. After a week or so of hearing nothing, I emailed a second time in hopes to get the issue resolved and received the same automated email that reads as follows: Thank you for contacting TODAY Steals & Deals Customer Support. This is an automated message to let you know that we have received your message. Due to the current high volume of inquiries, we are experiencing delays in our response time, but you will hear back from one of our customer agents soon. If you are inquiring about a recent order, please note that Steals & Deals orders can take 1-2 weeks from purchase date for tracking information to become available. You will receive shipment updates over email. Thank you for your patience! As of December 21st, I have still received no response from customer support to help rectify the issue. Unfortunately, I wish I had gone to Jill's Steals and Deals Facebook page, which is full of comments and complaints about the lack of customer service, no response to emails, items paid for and never being received, poor quality items and overinflated MSRP. At this point, I'm filing an official complaint with the BBB in hopes to either receive a refund for the missing item or to receive the 3rd complete set that I paid for. I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and will NEVER be ordering from Jill's Steals and Deals again. Buyers beware!
