I'm atheist and my grandpa forced me to watch this hoping it would be life changing. I'm giving an unbiased review of this movie, it sucked. It was kinda boring and just had such a cliché story it was boring. It's just some stereotypical young black man who turns his life around after finding God. The movie was incredibly long and drawn out because it's such a simple storyline. The ending is clearly forced so they can get the movie to 2 hours and when you think it's gonna end, it just doesn't. The actual forge only has 25% to do with the story. The reason I give it 2 stars and not 1 star is because it was made pretty well. The acting is decent as well, and I like the part where he sees his dad. Other than that, this movie is just kinda bad. If you're looking for an impactful gospel movie, find something else, and that's coming from an atheist.
