A bloated mess. The film focuses on all the least interesting characters at all the wrong times. Several characters wear the same wardrobe and have the same dialogue, leaving you wondering why were seeing the same scenes multiple times. Badly paced, badly written, bad wardrobe, boring action. All the worst tropes of the American propaganda war films of the past, with no upside.
