Everyone involved in this project should be ashamed of what they did. They tried to destroy the legacy of Marilyn Monroe. They turned an icon into a vessel to attach topical issues to - most of which were completely made up and did not happen to her. Marilyn Monroe was an incredible person who dealt with hardship but she is a human to be admired and respected and did much more with her life than the movie shows. I am shocked and horrified that this movie was made by Hollywood. I hope another movie is made as a fairer portrayal of Marilyn Monroe’s life which shows her as the icon she continues to be even more than half a century later.
