I have very fond memories of this show. It was on the Disney Channel and they reran it through the 80s. Back then the Disney Channel was not a free channel and a lot of people may not have wanted to include it in their cable package. This is why a lot of kids may not remember this show. I was just lucky my mom got the channel for me. Back then puppets were a normal thing for children's programming. I later got into the tmnt and the Disney afternoon. For a time though, this was my fave show.

It's not a bad movie but I'm not really sure how kid appropriate it is. Maybe if they are like 12 and up. Theres some horror scenes that really would be too much for a small kid. It's a really good concept but there were parts that were boring. I probably feel that way because I'm an adult though. I'd say this is like a preteen/teen movie. Just because theres kids in it doesn't mean all kids should watch it. I'd even say if your a parent watch it first and decide if it's right for your children.
