I'm a big BG fan and the movie was entertaining. It was great to see some new ghosts and some backstories. For me the content was just a little watered down. It was made for a different audience. For instance Beetlejuice was just not the same. He was supposed to be this obnoxious, demented, perverted car salesman that was perfect vehicle for some laughs. He just wasn't quite as obnoxious as the first. It was still great to have the film though. It was great to have a second go at some of the same thrills that made the first movie great. The first movie is, in my opinion one of the greatest Halloween movies ever made and this second movie will definitely be watched again and again.
