I am disappointed with the book. The recipes look good but ingredient lists aren't very good. In 1st recipe for Vanilla bean gelato it says
1/4 cup of egg yolks. I have never seen eggs measured in this way. How any yolks would ? you need?
I think that the book needs to be revised and UK terms used. The book is printed in UK but there is no address for contact with author or printer and Amazon is a waste of time .If you look up how to work out weights etc it gets to technical for us oldies.
Does anyone know how to contact the author or printer. I am longing to make some of the lovely recipes
