This movie was a confusing mess lol. Some spoilers here for those who have not seen it. For one, not sure why Sarah took Mia to her childhood home where all heck broke loose and continued to stay there with Mia's behavior getting much worse being in that house. Also made no sense after the ex-husband showed up to the house and witnessed the mess and their daughter out by the river cut up and decided, hey let's stay here another night, what could go wrong? Lol. Realistically he would have grabbed his daughter and took off instantly after finding her and would have probably pressed charges against his ex-wife. The last 20 minutes or so made no sense. Okay movie up until then.
