My biggest complaint with this book is that it does not illustrate both the male and the female for every bird mentioned. i.e. Only the male Am. Goldfinch is shown with only a verbal description of the female's appearance. That helps in no way.

This is an amazing show and Hope is an amazing person. Anyone who would denigrate what this organization does has no regard for wildlife and no respect for people who dedicate themselves to making this world a better place for ALL living creatures.

Okay, I admit that I enjoy this show but REALLY? The commissions that these people "earn" is outrageous! Sure they can hustle, develop contacts, hobnob with the rich, drive expensive cars and flaunt their expensive wardrobes, but so what? Any of us could do that?
They make more than leaders of actual countries! For what they do, it's sinful! Just my opinion.
The rich just help the rich to stay rich. Quite the club to belong to!
