This was a wonderful movie that sharply brought home how the web of circumstance we're all born into can, for some of us, be so painfully damning. On Rotten Tomatoes, there's a steadily increasing divergence between critic and audience ratings and it seems to travel along ideological lines. The new (far-left) politcal correctness strongly favors blaming the system at every opportunity. Movies failing to confirm this get pummeled.
