Seemed so promising. The time period is all wrong. Make it take place now or in the future and it would fit better. It’s not historical, has no depth and is pure fantasy. It’s a bunch of attractive people running around being intimate. Had so much potential... don’t listen to the hype. If you want romance and great story telling watch Outlander. Or adventure and character development watch Star Trek Discovery.
