While they did help me build back my credit, the customer service is horrible. I discovered in TransUnion Upgrade had not recorded a payment since March! I have been overpaying, paying early, then I see that.
Called their customer service number and was on hold for one hour and 15 minutes. Supposed to be " only" a half hour, so I spent that hour trying to get TransUnion straight. Turns out since I filed a dispute, it takes 30 days to respond. Meanwhile, trying to buy a car with wrong credit report, so have been turned down multiple times.
This may be due to other issues, but I now have to write Upgrade in order to get their attention. Not happy.
