DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!! Not helpful, not concerned and definitely not kind. They do not send a confirmation email with a tracking number unless your order is misplaced and you contact them. Then they say they can’t help you because they did not hear from you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this company. It took me forever to find them after I placed an order because they did not send a confirmation email or follow up with me in any manner whatsoever. I finally found their information and called about my order only to have Amanda Rivera at Nick of Time Textiles the “office manager “ who is clearly not their customer service manager explained to me why they are not obliged to help me find my order that was sent to a wrong address. She admitted that at no time did they contact me to confirm my order!!!!!!!!! She told me that they had not heard from me. I couldn’t remember which supplier that I had ordered from. Since they did not send out a confirmation email or a follow up email it took me forever to figure out which company I had ordered from. I advise you to order somewhere that actually cares about you as a customer and I am 100% sure that they do not. Just ask for Amanda if you want NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!
