one of the best movies ever. people will look back on this in 50 years as a masterclass in cinematography. who knew one could make wide engle lenses with close up shots look so beautiful. the acting is some of the best and most realistic i’ve ever seen. the story is beautiful, sad, and intense. (I don’t want to spoil anything.) I would not recommend this to you if you are worried about the intensity or violence. It is a very violent movie but it isn’t over the top at all. It’s just very realistic which makes it feel that much more terrifying when characters get hurt.

I know when you see high critic reviews and people writing long drawn out paragraphs about shows it usually means they're incredibly artsy and slow. Believe me, I thought this show was going to be exactly like that. But it was incredibly riveting and intense the whole way through. The biggest thing on my checklist for me in movies and TV is the characters. I hate when the story is all about the plot and has incredibly dull and boring characters. But this show has some of the most realest, deep, and cleverly written characters I've seen in a while. Mick Herron wrote the original books and while I haven't read them I can imagine that's where a lot of the brilliance comes from. This isn't something I'd recommend to a specific person or audience. I think whatever you like to normally watch doesn't matter. This will make you want to watch more of it.

Cannot wait for season 2. I had no idea a show about league of legends would be so good. I don't even play the game I am more of a move/tv guy for my entertainment I don't play much video games. I just watched because my friend suggested it and I was blown away. The writing, the artistic cinematography, the voice acting. Characters and story are arguably the most important part about story telling and here they have some of the most interesting and engaging characters I have seen on television in a long time. Its nice to see animation that has a personality and wit about it. It's not just disney make it as realistic as possible except for the character models. It is gritty and creative and moves along with what's going on on-screen. I would expect no less from a video game company animating a movie. If you haven't seen yet and aren't just looking through the reviews for fun. Watch it.

Don't pay attention to the rotten tomatoes reviews. Pay attention to the audience reviews. This is an incredible movie. And it's Science Fiction. It's no trying to be scientifically accurate. The show never claimed to be. To use that as an argument against it is baffling. As far as science fiction goes this has good acting, good cinematography and good writing. It checks all the movie boxes off for me and additionally has an incredible story that will really tug at you emotionally. It's definitely worth a watch or two.

Hands down the best movie in cinema history. It encompasses life lessons, morals and an incredibly sophisticated plot. It teaches people about friendship, the true meaning of love, oppression and discrimination all in a very digestible and family friendly manner. Incredible performances from every voice actor and all accompanied by a beautiful score written by John Powell. Definitely worth a watch if you have been considering it.

This movie has a high audience score and a low critic score. Which means it's a really good movie. But seriously, everything about this movie is so well done, the visuals, the music, the writing. Some of the acting was questionable but those are some hard roles. This movie flopped because of poor marketing and people convinced it was a star wars knock off. The story was written long before starwars. It started off as a book in the 1930's i believe. If you're looking to kill an evening off with something really entertaining then definitely watch this. Also, I have lost all respect for rotten tomatoes.
