(Includes Spoilers) - I am a massive Zelda fan and have been since playing Ocarina of Time at 5 years old, so when I heard about Age of Calamity I was extremely excited and had high expectations. Having already played the previous Hyrule Warriors I knew that it was going to be a hack and slash, something I was ok with and did not mind at all within both games. Age of Calamity was enjoyable to play overall with the exception of slow frame rates, automatic switching between targeted enemies, and difficult camera angles when dodging around enemies. The story was also great in my eyes and I believe the creators did well but it was also rather disappointing as I, like many, was expecting a prequel to the beloved Breath of the Wild rather than what it seems to be, an alternate story in which the champions survive, Link is not defeated, and Ganon is sealed. It makes me curious now in regards to BotW 2, will it be a true sequel of the original or will it be a 2 as in the alternate timeline?
