An amazing adaptation that captured the spirit, tone, and aesthetic of the games impeccably. The first 4-6 episodes, with your classic doe-eyed vault dweller exploring the wasteland, are every fallout fanboys wet dream. The acting was fantastic all around. The music felt like it was straight out of the games. The props and set design were as faithful as could be. As a devoted fallout fan, everything was 10/10 except for the writing.
The show faltered a bit in the final episode when it became more about the character drama than the world. The writing was really strong until the mysteries began to get answered. It wasn't bad, but the final episode felt very soap opera-y. It just felt a little corny. In the end however, it was better than I was hoping for and the problems I had didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of ** FALLOUT TV SHOW!!!!** 5/5 from someone with thousands of hours in fallout games.
