Don't listen to the naysayers. My 7 year old got dressed up in her full Ray Stantz overalls and homemade Proton Pack and we've just made it home from watching Frozen Empire... she loved it! It's a blast. Afterlife maybe gets the nod as the marginally better of the two (nostalgia counts for a lot!) but this is still really enjoyable. The main ghost villain is pretty terrifying when he eventually shows up, there's definitely scope for a further expanded universe if there's appetite for it!

Not a paid hack or bot for leaving this positive review, like someone has unhelpfully suggested (give that stuff a rest, bud - people can disagree and your head doesn't need to fall off). Giving this 5 Stars as it's honestly been brilliant and the kids love the Muppets as much I do - it's hilarious, warm, tender, there's great cameos as we've come to expect and it's utterly bonkers - it represents everything The Muppets do so perfectly well. Focusing on the Mayhem is new and a great, unique idea and as for trashing the human cast? Fat raspberry to that. Honestly, they're brilliant and it really works. The 1 Star reviewers are entitled to their opinion, but you're probably best off figuring it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
