I loved the movie Was a different concept. The turning point when she stops herself from commiting suicide and instead ties her husband and wants to hurt him the way he did to her is gutsy.....Alia is a born actress...she is so natural, she looks so butiful ..no matter which she role she plays she is always at ease..... Also the film climax is a twister.....

I just watched the movie today. This movie has been created and presented very well. Alia Bhat has outruned all her performances till date. Lots and lots of kisses to her. She has done a fantabulous job. She brought Gangubai to life. She made me laugh, she made me cry. She made me pray for her, she made me cheer for her. Our History is strong, any history for that matter. But History has always been written by then rulers...the winners..and so many stories, so many victories , so many heroes are left out. I have to give credit to Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir for bringing out this left out, forgotten, heroic story to us and for Alia for pumping her soul into it. Hats off... A must watch all off u to appreciate the hardwork the team of the movie have put in.
