I saw this movie 13 times in the theater, so this is the opinion of a superfan, but an opinion, nonetheless. I honestly think this film improves on the first in every conceivable way. The animations, characters, and the dialogue; everything feels more organic, and the film's internal consistency is strong.
I immensely appreciated the dynamic between Elsa and Anna being maintained, and also seeing the growth between Anna and Kristoff. The evolution of Olaf's character into something more "older and wiser" wasn't expected at all, but I came to love it with open arms.
There are a few things that keep the movie from being perfect, but as it is, I couldn't praise it enough. It also helps that the music is absolutely phenomenal—edging out the first in this regard, as well. The film's theatrical run may be over, but this is a story that will live on. I can't recommend it enough!!
