#MarkAntony The film doesn’t pretend to be a science fiction thriller just because it has time travel as the theme, it is out and out a gangster-based action thriller comedy movie with all the masala needed for the mass audience. With a brisk screenplay and a fast paced narration, the film flips between the past and the present frequently. When Phone calls can be made to the past using a Time Machine to alter the contemporary evil effects, It’s still not clear how men in the present form can actually go 20 years back in their current physical form. More than the hero Vishal, his friend SJ Suryah scores more points as an actor, with his inimitable high-pitched shrill shouts and superlative performance. A mechanic Mark uses a Time Machine to save his mother from death 20 years back, but gets entangled in a web of dangerous situations arising out of his risky venture. He also hates his father Antony for being a ruthless gangster, and as he happens to talk to him in the past, he comes to know more about him. Sunil, after acting as a villain in Pushpa, is getting similar negative and hard faced roles in Tamil. People may actually forget his wonderful comedy roles in telugu. Crazy BGM, great cinematography and characterisation are other highlights. Watch for the sake of pure entertainment, with no questions on logic.
