A hot mess. Bad script, worse direction. Shows incredibly poor judgement on the part of whatever genius at Netflix greenlit this bomb. Frieda Pinto deserves better material. Solid performances from some of the actors playing smaller, equally badly written parts. An implausible, irritating, pretentious and predictable melodrama. Hard pass.
