If there was ever a ranking made of the albums with the most emotional resonance, this should surely top it. Yoko demonstrates her harmonic, melodic, lyrical and rhythmic genius on a heartfelt and harrowing record of grief, longing and perseverance, aided by some of the finest session musicians (including John Lennon himself posthumously) and mega producer genius Phil Spector. If these songs don’t move you, you need to move yourself. Music doesn’t get any better than this.
