Goldie 1900 – Google

First of all I love Jung Hae-in; he is an awesome actor. He has a lovable smile and a believable "boy next door" persona. As usual, he did an excellent job portraying the ML. The FL is also one of my favorite actresses. The leads had great chemistry, but no passion. Their hugs were nice, but the kisses appeared forced. They still behaved like best friends, even after they started dating. I enjoyed watching all of the different dynamics between the "Lavender" sisters and the husbands. I, especially, liked the little girl, her Dad, and the other best friend. All of the actors did an amazing job! However much I liked so many things about this show, I did have some issues with parts of the writing. Some parts were just NOT necessary to keep this series interesting; just my opinion. This is a nice show, and I do recommend giving it a try.

Very good series! Actors are phenomenal; so believable. Many characters I loved watching, but there are a handful who are despicable. The two leads have dynamic chemistry that will keep you wanting more. If you are searching for a romance series, this one is not for you. You will have to be patient before a romantic relationship occurs However, this IS an interesting and intriguing story about one female's journey in the world of present day aviation. Her experiences were filled with turmoil; many times extreme. This series approaches a realistic view of gender bias, although unfortunate. Loads of feel good moments and plenty of times where you may shout at the TV. A re-watch may be necessary because there are a lot of technical scenes. Definitely, a show worth giving a try.

Nice acting and loved those kids. I enjoyed watching the show; however, I am frustrated with all of the dramas allowing characters with evil actions, quickly, becoming redeemed and forgiven. Consequences should follow bad actions. I took away one point because Chief Park, inappropriately, hugged and held onto Da Jeong several times, without her approval, at the official residence. Although these hugs were unwanted and startling, she did not move. Those times made me uncomfortable. The series was worth watching, but the year long separation and the sterile ending was disappointing.

I watched this show because I am a fan of the ML. I am glad I gave it a chance. This story is the typical "rich guy" and the girl who does not have his wealth and social status; they go from adversaries to lovers. The FL's character is a strong young woman, who has a positive self image. She is talented, pretty, and kind to a fault. I like how she believes in herself and does not need a man to enrich her self worth. I think this attitude is what attracted the ML to her. (I wish they would have styled her hair. I hated seeing that top ponytail. I guess the director wanted to show her youth.) I loved her brother, Mo Fan. ML is a no nonsense 30ish businessman, who admired the FL's attitude and talent. He was easily "guilted" by his closest inner circle, specifically, his Mom and the SFL. Despite the outside pressures, he became smitten and fell deeply in love with Mo Fei; he had difficulty keeping his hands off her. So many other characters are involved in their lives; some good, some mean, and some just downright nonsensical. Namely, the SFL who is talented also, but believes because she likes the ML he is going to marry her and will come to love her. The actress plays the character so well; she is someone you will dislike. SML was just so many S's; stubborn, silly, "stuck on stupid," and sometimes a stalker. He refused to honor the FL's wishes for him to leave her alone. He was also childish, believing and acting out because the ML did not love or marry his sister. There is a female character who is a "hot mess." She believes everything bad is happening to her involves Mo Fei. She takes NO responsibility for her misbehavior or rudeness. Unfortunately, the writers never followed through to let us know what really happened in school between her and Mo Fei. This series gives you Chinese community camaraderie, friendship, frenemies, business deception, love rivals, Paris, and some life lessons. "Sometimes people you believe are your friends are not." Thank you writers for a happy ending. Kudos to everyone involved in the show! Outstanding acting!
