My husband and I have been loyal listeners to pastor Tony Evans’ podcast for sometime now, and I can’t believe what I just heard from his podcast, “The Scope of the Battle”. After listening it, 7 minutes past, Pastor Evans made a personal comment about one of Jesus apostles, Paul. Pastor Evans mentioned to look at what “the schizophrenic saint”, schizophrenic being Paul, had to say when Paul was giving excuses for Jesus not to move forward with what God wanted Jesus to do to save us. The insult to a man, who was used to do the work of God after the fact of his worldly view prior serving our Lord, is not accepted. No one should be belittling anyone, specially someone whom Jesus ended using as His tool to help us in the walk of our savior Jesus Christ. I’m saddened by Pastor Evans’ comments made to his audience and will no longer support his ministry.
