As a film "based on a true story" some of the scenes come off as a tad too contrived, but the message is undeniable -- the language that the "great Aryan race" has used to disguise their hate and yearning to do violence on blacks, Jews and anyone who isn't Arayan, is the same language that trump has used throughout his grab for power. No wonder they like him so much.
Lee posits that if it wasn't for the extraordinary stupidity of this master race, they could really be dangerous. I tend to agree. It's also what makes this movie funny as hell at times. But it's the way he ties this isolated, little piece of history to present day turmoil like the mob that tried to terrorize Charlottesville is eye-opening. Don't miss the last 10 minutes.
