I was a little disappointed in Batman v Superman. I thought it was decent. But after absolutely loving Man of Steel, I thought the follow up had the potential to be one of the best comic book movies of all time. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Either way, I thought it could've been better. I still thought it okay, though. P.S. Don't bother with the theatrical cut. Watch the Ultimate Edition.

After 14 years, The Dark Knight is still the best Batman movie ever made. The story of Batman and The Police trying to take down the Mob very ingaging. But things pick up to another level, once Joker shows up. Heath Ledger's Joker is not only the best live-action comic book villain of all time, but also one of the best on screen villains in general. I do think they rushed the surprise villain, in the final act. I think that could've been a big part of the third movie. But it still worked. I highly recomend this movie.

Wow, was The Dark Knight Rises ever a let down. Coming off The Dark Knight, this movie had high expectations, and it probably wasn't going to meet them, no matter what. But it should've been better than this. The mere premise that we pick up eight years after the last movie, and Batman has just retired, took me out of the movie right away. Then there's the ridiculous concept, that Bruce is physically disabled, and can still be Batman. On top of that, I thought Bane was an underwhelming villain. And his villainous plot was just ridiculous. There was some cool action scenes. And I did like like Anne Hathaway, as Catwoman. But there just wasn't enough for me to give this movie a positive score. It's not the worst Batman movie. But that's not say much.

I didn't think Erin Brockovich was the kind of movie that I would like. Which is why I haven't seen it until 2022. But wow, I loved it. Julia Roberts is fantastic, as Erin Brockovich. And I'm not usually a fan of hers. The story was interesting. Most (if not all) of the characters are great. And their interactions were always engaging. I was thoroughly entertained, from start to finish. I'm kind of disappointed that it took me so long to watch this movie.

Batman Begins has to be the most underrated Batman movie, ever. I feel like nobody metions it, when they talk about the their favorite Batman movies. But it's awesome. This is really the only Batman movie that goes into Bruce's training, and they do it really well. The more realistic world that's set up here, made for different take on the character. And it works. I was also glad to see that they didn't use the same villains that they always go back to (Joker, Penguin, ect.). Batman Begins remains my 2nd favorite Batman movie. Check it out, if you haven't already.

Neflix is more miss than hit, when it comes to their original movies. Which is why I was pleasantly surprised by The Adam Project. I'll get the negatives out of the way first. The plot is a little messy, and it doesn't always make sense, when you think about it. But that's pretty much where my negatives end. The positives are far more vast. First of all, Ryan Reynolds and Walker Scobell (the younger version of Reynolds) have great chemistry. I completely bought that they were the same person. And most of the supporting characters are great, and well performed by Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo, and Zoe Saldana. The movie has a lot of heart, humor, and surprisingly good action. This is one the best Neflix orginal movies you're going to see.
