I have watched all three series so far and was so impressed with the quality of all the actors realistic portrayals of their characters. There was no slacking in great storylines, with a relentless trajectory , pace, tension and suspense. It was lent authenticity with seamless mixing in of real news footage and attention to historical detail . To balance the darker elements bits of humour were woven in. The soundtrack is superb, adding to the mood. When you consider the current parlous state of geopolitics , and worryingly history repeating itself through bad or frankly crazy leadership around the world, this series shows the failings of all ideologies so far . The very pointed end to series three should set alarm bells ringing. US citizens need to think very hard about who they vote in as President next time!
