Compared to the first movie, this film is a real dud. I often found myself wondering if the people who made this movie actually watched the first one at all. The hair, makeup, costuming, and mannerisms of the main character did not feel like Lisbeth Salander at all. I felt like there was an attempt to always make her look beautiful which I felt was truly dishonest to the character. Many scenes were boring, including fight scenes. How did they make an actual boxer look so bad and dull? The scene where Lisbeth rides away on a stolen motorcycle looked incredibly ridiculous and it reminded me of how amazing and sauve she looked driving away on a motorcyle in the first movie. Really disappointed. And I know its been repeated on the internet by other reviewers, but the fact that Lisbeth tases someone and they don't flinch was unrealistic.
