I have owned this book since its original publication in 1963 and have enjoyed many of its wonderful recipes. But, my family's all time favorite is the Traditional Leg of Lamb with Potatoes on page 93, which I have served every Easter for the past 56 years! P.S. We have no Greek in our ancestry whatsoever - just a love of wonderfully prepared roasted lamb.
