As much as I enjoyed this show and the emerging storylines of each (excellently cast) character, I couldn't move past the frustration of the Americanism. This is supposedly set in Britain with British characters. But this school, people and even weather were as far from British as you could get. Even the school building looked American! I found it distracting throughout the show and felt it took away from the otherwise brilliant drama. 7/10
