>The script was lacking. > Not enough back story - No attempt is made to explain who's fighting who and why. Not only that, but the only themes one can take away from the fight scenes is that the Federal Government sucks at fighting, and that the rebels of various ambiguous factions are not only overwhelmingly superior at it, but completely blood thirsty. No attempts are made to explain said lead up or why every loyalist prisoner (including the president) is shot without mercy. > Not an impressive cast -The only good actor got 5 minutes. > Not enough action - The vast majority of the movie was the reporters talking, and not even about anything all that interesting. Just helping the main character, a young girl, find her inner reporter. Overall it was a disappointment, and did not strike me as something that could keep my interest.
