Julian Fisher

I think this is a special film. Rarely have I seen such immaculate, carefully considered cinematography; every frame was so perfectly organised, a masterly composition. The performances were understated but all the more powerful for that. The storyline was slight but more than enough to build subtle characterisation which was only enhanced by the intimacy of the filming. I think it was one of those films, like any fine piece of art, that I will return to again and again, there is so much here to appreciate.
