I kept seeing people say "don't listen to the bad reviews!" so I gave it a chance. This really was just not a good movie. The acting was fine. The writing is bad and the CGI was really immersion breaking. Aliens invade the planet and destroy everything because they want this one specific girl to confront her past for some reason. If you're reading this and haven't seen it, just save yourself the time, pick something else.
