A Harvard trained lawyer who is comfortable being a doormat for racist Southern politicians. I can't. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I wanted to enjoy the light hearted nature of the show and ALL of the actors did a great job. Yet again, the fault lies with Tyler Perry, his constant marginalization and manipulation of the images of black women and so on and so on. Nothing new, unfortunately. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And just the overall behaviors of the supporting characters... geesh! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Then to have to be saved by the white man setting up the protagonist the entire time (Clatterbuck) with very little support from fellow black women (Senator Wilks)...too much! 🤢 Terri J Vaughn, I was rooting for you, Sis, and still will, but this ain't it.
