My all it took was for them to update my last name and now it cost me 78 points that dropped on my credit, and I haven’t even been with these people for not even 90 days you have no idea how many times I had call them since long emails explaining to them that I cannot connect my checking account with two different last names. They wanted me to send all these legal documents and I did just that they wanted me to put two fingers up in real time by taking a snapshot that I did they never confirmed they got the documents they never tried to work with me. They never try to give me another alternative to get a Payment to them it’s like they didn’t let me breathe and they did not waste any time. How could a little small credit building company that is supposed to make your life better? How could it destroy your life and that’s how I feel because now I can’t be a homeowner because I have this late payment which I’ve never had a late payment in my life and this little small credit card building program cost me my livelihood pretty much . I really believe they were using a lot of AI for interaction online. Their phone line never picked up to speak to a live person leaving several emails. Several phone calls never any of them calling back within 24 hours like they said I really have never experienced such a devastating product, I usually give good reviews and this is my first time having to go to every social media to share my situation because I hope nobody goes through this like I did
