Okay, so I was skeptical at first, because of the leaks and reviews on here. But, after playing it, I realized that there’s just a lot of haters in here. I actually find the story engaging, and it makes sense for what Joel did in his past. I’m not going to spoil anything here, but the plot has been really engaging, so far. I feel like a lot of people are just hating on it, because Ellie is gay and Abby is transgender. Joel is a beloved character, but he wasn’t a perfect person. He doomed the world from ever recovering from the infected. I love Joel’s character, but people just need to get over that the story isn’t about him in part 2. It’s about Ellie and Abby. You won’t like some of the choices you have to make in the game, but that’s on both sides! People need to seriously get over Ellie being gay. I’m sorry if that offends you, but lgtbq people are never in video games, so get over it. I feel like mostly homophobic people are bashing this game, because the story is engaging, and the gameplay is perfect. Everything about how you control Ellie or Abby feels perfect. The AI for the cordyceps and humans is top notch, and more difficult. The ammo is more scarce and feels more like a survival horror game. Lastly, the graphics are amazing. If You’re not homophobic and that’s not gonna bother you, then don’t judge the game based off these comments. Play it for yourself and let yourself decide if you liked it.
