I was so keen to watch wrong turn 7 however after watching it I was so disappointed as the legendary 3 finger isn't in it nor is any of the hill Billy canabils. The film itself is good and would have been better if not linked to the wrong turn franchise. My advice is if you value the wrong turns then don't watch the wrong turn 7.
